Bomb threats in New Zealand workplaces have increased nearly 200%, compared to the same month in 2019.
According to a report released by the Independent Workers Union of New Zealand, more than 80 percent of notifications appear to be sent from inside the building.
Union President, Dumbname Othername, said it was perfectly understandable that these figures increase in December, and that it’s probably the fault of stupid bosses.
“For whatever reason, people get all mental on Fridays. This escalates close to the Christmas holiday period, with workers in stupid companies close to loosing the plot”.
Although no injuries had been reported, Othername warned against employers becoming complacent. “Just stop saying stupid things, get your act together, and perhaps shut the hell up”.
